Who’s the Bosses Daryl and Joy Boss met when they were twelve years old and have been together since. Daryl, a graduate of West Seneca East, owns a Masters Degree in Liberal Arts, with a concentration in education. He spent several years as music instructor to the learning and behaviorally challenged at the Stanley G. Falk Schools in Buffalo. Daryl also owns a contracting business, Hands on Enterprises. Joy attended Oral Roberts University where she studied counseling. In addition to home schooling their three children, she gives piano lessons and serves as a drama and dance consultant and performer. Daryl and Joy have been involved in youth work for many years working with local churches and organizations in the community. Daryl and Joy serve as coordinators for Breakout– an organization that has mobilized hundreds of youth to participate in urban service projects. Together, they have founded Xertion, a group dedicated to educating and activating youth to make a difference in the Western New York area. Please consider partnering with Xertion.
